Dear Parents,
We had our first STAR Chart celebration
this past Tuesday. A lot of our students had
the opportunity to have this celebration,
which makes us extremely excited to know
that our students and parents are
committed to our school. Our students had
a great time celebrating their achievement.
Field Lesson for our Kinder students will be
on April 28th and for our 1st Grade students
will be on April the 13th. Teachers would
really appreciate water bottles donations
this week. Please drop off any water
donations to the front office.
Our Rocketeers, academy cheerleaders, will
be having a Spirit Night at Chuck E. Cheese
today, April 8th, from 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
15 % of the sales will be donated to the
girls for their uniforms.
Attendance:
It’s very important for all of our students to
be in school every day and on time. We
only have 33 more days left of school and
every lesson is vital for our students’
academic success. We encourage you to
bring your child to school every day.

Morning Drop-off/ Afternoon Pick-up
 Please assist us in teaching our students the
importance of being on time. 7:40 a.m. is
considered late.
Transportation/ Traffic
 Transportation changes will NOT be accepted
after 2:00 PM. If changes in after school
transportation need to be made, it must be in
writing through e-mail to our school’s
receptionist
([email protected]).
Other
 Parents, please make sure that your child is
prepared with their backpacks, IDEA sweaters,
homework and/or lunch bags when they come
to school. We will not deliver these items once
school is in session at 7:40am.
 Birthday Celebrations are only allowed on
Fridays. Please contact your child’s teacher
before bringing any cupcakes to school. They
must be store bought.
Uniform Reminder: Uniform must be
IDEA blue polo shirts, Dickies khakis
pants, black belt, white socks, and all
black shoes. Only black and white long
sleeve shirts under the blue IDEA polo
are allowed.

Queridos Padres,
Tuvimos nuestra primera celebración
sobre la gráfica de estrellas este martes
pasado. Muchos de nuestros estudiantes
tuvieron la oportunidad de celebrar este
festejo, lo cual nos hace sentir muy
orgullosos de ellos y de que tenemos
muchos padres de familia comprometidos a
nuestra escuela. Nuestros estudiantes
disfrutaron mucha la celebración por los
resultados de sus logros.
La excursión de Kínder será el 28 de abril y la de
1er Grado será el 13 de abril. Las maestras están
pidiendo su ayuda para donar botellas de agua
esta semana para el viaje. Favor de entregarlas en
la oficina.
Nuestras Rocketers, las porristas de Academia,
tendrán una noche de “Spirit Night”, hoy en Chuck
E. Cheese de 3: 00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. 15% de las
ventas serán donadas a nuestras niñas para sus
uniformes.
Asistencia:
Es muy importante que todos nuestros estudiantes
estén en clase a tiempo todos los días. Sólo
tenemos 33 días más de escuela y cada lección es
vital para el éxito académico de nuestros
estudiantes. Le pedimos por favor traer a su hijo/a
a la escuela todos los días.
HORA DE ENTRADA Y SALIDA:
Por favor ayúdenos a ensenarles a nuestros
estudiantes la importancia de ser
puntuales. 7:40 am es considerado tarde.
Transportación/ Trafico:
Cambios de transporte no serán aceptados
después de las 2:00 PM. Si es necesario hacer
cambios de transporte escolar, debe ser por
escrito por correo electrónico a la recepcionista
de nuestra escuela a
([email protected]).
Extras:
 Padres, favor de mandar a sus niños preparados
con sus mochilas, suéteres, tareas y/o loncheras
cuando lleguen a la escuela. No entregaremos
los artículos después de que la escuela ya esté
en sesión a las 7:40 am.

Les recordamos que las celebraciones de
cumpleaños solo se harán los viernes. Favor
de contactar a la maestra de su hijo/a. Los
quequitos tienen que ser comprados.
 UNIFORME: Les recordamos que el uniforme es
camisa estilo polo azul con el escudo de IDEA,
pantalones color khakis marca Dickies, cinto negro,
calcetín blanco, y zapato/tenis color negro. Les
recordamos que solamente pueden usar camisas
de manga larga blanca y negra debajo del
uniforme y mallas blancas.
