Dear Landlord, In our efforts to continue providing you with better customer service, the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso has partnered with the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) to conduct a customer service survey to all participating landlords in the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program. The questionnaire will be sent to you via e-mail by UTEP. You will be asked to rate our customer service and give us suggestions regarding our services. Please take a few minutes of your time to complete the survey and help us improve our service to you. *** Estimado Arrendador, Con el motivo de seguir ofreciéndole un mejor servicio, la Autoridad de Vivienda de la Ciudad de El Paso y la Universidad de Texas en El Paso (UTEP, por sus siglas en inglés) han creado una encuesta para los arrendadores que actualmente participan en el programa de Vales de Elección de Vivienda (Sección 8). La encuesta será enviada por correo electrónico por parte de UTEP. Por medio de esta encuesta se le pedirá que clasifique nuestro servicio al cliente y que nos de sugerencias de cómo mejorar nuestros servicios.
