nombramos por la presente al Doctor Hernán Estrada S. y/o Lic. Wilmer Ubeda
Mclean, ambos mayores de edad, casados, Abogados, del domicilio de la ciudad de
Managua, República de Nicaragua, indistintamente nuestros apoderados verdaderos
y legales con poder especial amplio y suficiente para recabar de las oficinas y
autoridades nacionales que correspondan la obtención de Registros, Renovaciones,
Traspasos, Fusiones, Cambios de nombres y cancelaciones de nuestras Marcas de
Fábrica y de Comercio, de Nombres Comerciales y Dibujos, Patentes de Invención
como cualquier otra firma de propiedad Industrial e Intelectual, como Registros de
Productos Farmacéuticos, Cosméticos, Productos Químicos y Agropecuarios, a cuyo
efecto le Facultamos para darles ante dichas autoridades todos los pasos necesarios
al objeto indicado, elevar solicitudes, declaraciones y reclamos, formular
descripciones, enmiendas, oposiciones y apelaciones, abonar todos los impuestos y
cuotas. Efectuar los pagos determinados por la Ley, recibir todos los documentos y
valores, dando el descargo respectivo, inscribir traspasos de Propiedad Industrial a
nuestro favor y cambios de Nombres así como inscripción de Licencias de uso, y en
fin llenar cualesquiera otros requisitos y tomar en fin todas las medidas que creyera
conducente al resguardo de nuestros intereses, quedan asimismo facultados para
tomar intervención como demandantes o demandados ante los Jueces que sean
competentes pudiendo transar, someter a árbitros, desistir, percibir, apelar, recurrir
de casación y de amparo y todas las demás facultades que resulten necesarias,
inclusive la de desistir de los recursos de amparo y por el presente declaramos desde
ahora válido y bueno todo cuanto nuestros apoderados hicieren en nuestro beneficio,
dándole asimismo facultad para sustituir el presente si lo juzgaren conveniente y en
caso necesario revocar dichas sustituciones.

hereby appoint Doctor Hernán Estrada S. and Lic. Wilmer Ubeda Mclean,
both of legal age, married, lawyers and domiciled in the City of Managua,
Republic of Nicaragua. Indistinctly, our true and legal agents, with special, ample
and sufficient power to obtain from the respective national offices and authorities,
registration, renewals, assignment, mergers, change of name and cancellations of
our trademarks and commerce ones, of commercial names and designs, patents of
invention, as well as any others form of Industrial Property and Intellectual such
pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical products and agrochemicals for which
purpose we authorize them to take before the said authorities all the necessary
steps to the said end; to file petitions, declarations and claims, to draw up
specifications; to make amendments, oppositions and appeals; to pay taxes and
installments, and effects all other payment prescribed by law; to receive all
documents and securities, giving proper receipts, to comply with all other
requirements; record assignment of industrial property in our favor and changes
of names as well as registration of licenses of use, and in short, to take all those
measures which they may deem fit for the protection of our interest; and we
authorize these said agents to act on our behalf as complainant as well as
defendants before the competent judges, with full power to make arrangements,
submit to arbitrators; to desist, to collect, to appeal motion to vacate and to file
actions for relief and in short, with all such further powers as may be required;
included to desist of action for relief and we hereby declare from now on as valid,
and good all that the said agents may do for our benefit, authorizing them also to
substitute this power of attorney if they think proper, and revoke such
substitutions if necessary.
