LA MICROPOLÍTICA ESCOLAR
MICRO-POLICY IN SCHOOLS

Resumen:
La Teoría de la Organización Escolar, tradicionalmente, ha estado centrada en la
llamada macropolítica, ignorando lo que ocurre realmente dentro de las escuelas
en el seno de sus estructuras. Los aspectos interactivos, dialécticos, conflictivos,
estratégicos, e ideológicos.. de la vida organizativa de la escuela, en definitiva,
la micropolítica escolar, ha sido olvidada o tratada de forma inadecuada.
El articulo ofrece la oportunidad de adentrase en los elementos que constituyen
esta realidad y que tienen que ver con los intereses, visones e intentos de los
individuos de ejercer influencia en los acontecimientos organizativos, así como
con las estrategias que utilizan y el poder que pueden movilizar para la
persecución de los mismos.

Abstract:
The theory of School Organization has traditionally focused on the so-called
macro-policy, ignoring what really goes on within the schools and within its
structures. The interactive, dialectic, conflictive, strategic and ideological aspects
of the organizational life of the school, the school micro-policy, has been
forgotten or treated inadequately. The article offers the possibility to delve into
the elements that make up this reality and that have to do with the interests,
visions and efforts of the individuals who influence organizational events, as well
as the strategies they use and the power they can mobilize to carry them out.
