4. PROTECTION FEATURE
4.1.OVER - CURRENT PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped and no damage shall
occur when output current reaches to its over-current protection trigger point (set@ Max load
120-300% ). The power supply shall be self - recovery when the fault condition is removed.
4.2 SHORT - CIRCUIT PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped(input power less than
3W) and no damage shall occur when any output operating in a short circuit condition under any
line condition for an indefinite period of time. The power supply shall be self - recovery when the
fault condition is removed.
4.3 OVER - VOLTAGE PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped and no damage shall
occur when output current reaches to its over- voltage protection trigger point (set@ Max output
voltage 120-180% ). The power supply shall be self - voltage when the fault condition is removed.
5. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIIONS
5.1 OPERATING: The power supply shall be capable of operating continuously in any mode without
performance deterioration in the following environmental conditions.
5.1.1 Ambient Temperature: 0℃~40℃
5.1.2 Relative Humidity: 10%~90%
5.1.3 Vibration: 1.0mm, 10–25Hz, 15 minutes per cycle for each axis (X, Y, Z)
5.2 NON-OPERATING: The power supply shall be capable of withstanding the following
environmental conditions extended periods of time, without sustaining electrical or mechanical
damage and subsequent operational deficiencies
5.2.1 Ambient Temperature: -30℃~70℃
5.2.2 Relative Humidity: 10%~90%
5.2.3 Vibration and Shock :The power supply shall be designed to withstand normal transportation

6.1 EMI STANDARDS

7. RELIABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL
7.1 BURN-IN: The power supply shall under go a minimum of 8 hours Burn-In test under full load at
35℃±5 ℃.
7.2 COMPONENT DERATING: Semiconductor junction temperatures shall not exceed the
manufacturer’s maximum thermal rating.
7.3 MTBF: When the power supply is operating within the limits of this specification the MTBF shall be
at least 50,000 hours at 25℃ (MIL-STD-217F).
8. DIELECTRIC WITHSTANDING STRENGTH (HI-POT)
Primary to Secondary & Case AC3000V, 1 minute(leakage current less than5mA) for type test, (3
second for production).
9. INSULATION RESISTANCE
Input to output: no less than 50 MOHM(500VDC)
10. LEAKAGE CURRENT
The leakage current shall be less than 0.25 mA for Class ‖ when power supply is operated
