Enter VL10* transactions 2. Create delivery in the background against purchase order or sales order 3. The error message VL412 appears in the error log 4. Delivery is created Cause The error message appears due to the collective processing if the storage location determination does not match with the storage location set for the material in the material master and with the default storage location set in the customizing. To avoid this inconsistency the incorrect storage location will be deleted in the delivery position and the delivery will be consistent. The delivery will be created without storage location in the delivery position and the error message VL412 - Material & does not exist in storage location & & appears in the error log. Resolution This is standard behavior of the system. The field can be added to the incompletion log in the customizing to avoid the delivery creation for the sales order.
