Who can participate?

Residents who live in a single-family home, a condominium, duplex,
tri-plex, town home, or mobile home and pay their water bill to the
City of Azusa.
If you live in a condominium, duplex, tri-plex or mobile home and pay
the water bill through a home owners association, please bring proof
of payment from the home owners association.
Owners of apartment complexes, please call customer service at
(800) 366-6995.
What do I need to bring?

City of Azusa Water bill.
Current Drivers License or Military I.D.
Car or truck (toilets will fit comfortably in car).
What happens when I arrive?
l

You will enter high school parking lot --watch for entrance sign.
This is a drive-through event (everyone will stay in their cars).
An application form will be given to you at that time for you to fill out.
After paperwork has been processed, your FREE toilet (along with wax
ring) will be loaded into your car.
Quantity of toilets are limited and will be distributed on a first come,
first served basis.
Residents must install their toilets within two weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Residents are required to return their old toilets to the same location
on Saturday, May 9 from 1 pm-3 pm. ONE DAY ONLY!

Residentes que viven en un condominio, duplex, triplex, casa o casa móvil y
pagan su recibo de agua a través de su asociación de residentes favor de
traer un comprobante de su asociación de residentes.

¿Que necesito traer?
l
Recibo de agua de la ciudad de Azusa.
l
Licencia de manejo corriente or I.D. militar.
l
Carro o camioneta (los excusados caben confortablemente en un carro).
¿Que pasará cuando llegue al evento?
l
Ud. Entrará al estacionamiento --busque el letrero de entrada.
l
Este es un evento tipo drive-through (todos permanecerán en sus carros).
l
Una forma de aplicación le será entregada para llenarla.
l
Después de que su forma sea procesada, su excusado GRATIS (junto con un
anillo de parafina) se les entregará en su carro.
l
La cantidad de excusados GRATIS es limitada y serán distribuidos en base a
quien primero llegue, primero en ser atendido.
l
Los residentes tendrán que instalar sus excusados en el termino de dos
semanas. ¡SIN EXCEPCIONES!
l
Se requiere regresar sus excusados viejos al mismo lugar el sábado 9 de
Mayo de 1 p.m. a 3 p.m.. ¡UN SOLO DÍA!

Gladstone High School and Azusa High School students will load toilets into
vehicles on April 25. The students will receive $15 from water agencies for
every old toilet returned on May 9.
