Please fill out YOUR INFORMATION on the 2015 CENSUS FORM and return to the Site Office no later than
January 30th. A CURRENT LEASE MUST E ON FILE FOR YOUR RENTAL UNIT FOR THE RENTER TO OBTAIN 2015

Parking 2015: New stickers must be displayed by January 24TH
All cars must have a 2015 sticker placed in the front window, passenger side, in a clear area. All passes must displayed in a clear front window
Failure to do so will result in the towing of the car.
Stickers may be picked up at the Site Office starting January 6thMonday-Friday

In order to be issued a Resident sticker, CAR MUST BE REGISTERED AT YOUR DUNDEE QUARTER ADDRESS please bring your current car
registration with you FOR ALL CARS. Rental units must have a current lease on file or stickers will not be issued.
1 bedroom-limit of 2 cars per unit /2 bedroom limit of 3 cars per unit. If you have more cars then allowed registered in 2014 you may have a 2015
sticker for that car only, no replacement car. Any car in 2015 past the allowed number must have Board approval.
Car: 1-Yellow- Building sticker: no fee- Your car must be parked in your numbered building lot or RESERVED fence area for your building.
Car 2-Blue no fee-may park in lot where NOT RESERVED,
Car 3-Brown $50.00-FENCE ONLY WHERE NOT RESERVED
Car 4-Brown $100.00-FENCE ONLY WHERE NOT RESERVED
*24 Hour Guest passes-5 at no charge, then $1.00 per pass.
NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STICKERS. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE YOUR
STICKER IF NOT PAID FOR WITH CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.
24 Hour Guest Passes-FENCE ONLY WHERE NOT RESERVED. The Board reserves the right to limit the number of Guest passes issued. Must
be current on assessments to receive Guest Passes.
ANY CAR ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A STICKER OR PASS, NO DATE ON PASS OR ANY ALTERED PASS FROM 6 P.M.-6 A.M.
WILL BE TOWED!!! GUEST CARS NOT AT THE FENCE WILL BE TOWED.
No stickers or passes will be issued after 5 p.m., on the week-ends or on holidays. Plan ahead if you need passes.
Any sticker number that is reported missing or if the unit moves, will be towed if on the property.
Please fill out the 2015 CENSUS form on the back, sign and bring it with you.

Estacionamientos 2015: Las taquillas deben de mostrarlas para el 24 de Enero
Todos los carros deben de tener la taquilla 2015 o pase de visitante debe ser visible en la ventanilla del pasajero y en una área limpia. Fallar a
hacerlo resultara en que el carro será remolcado.
Las taquillas deberán ser recogidas en la oficina comenzando el 6 de enero

En orden de darle las taquillas DE RESIDENTE, LOS AUTOS DEVEN DE ESTAR REGISTRADOS A SU DIRECCION DE DUNDEE
QUARTERfavor traer la registración con usted si tiene más de un carro las unidades de renta deben de tener un contrato archivado para obtener sus
taquillas.
1 cuarto límite de dos carros por unidad/2 cuartos límite de 3 carros por unidad. Sí usted tiene más carros del límite registrados en el 2015 debe de tener la
taquilla del 2015 si pasa el limite debe de ser aprobado por la mesa directiva.
Carro 1- taquilla amarilla no costo y debe estacionarse en el número de edificio marcado o sobre la cerca.
Carro: 2-azul-no cargos pueden estacionarse donde no este reservado.
Carro: 3-café- $50.00 solo en la cerca donde no este reservado
Carro: 4-café- $100.00 solo en la cerca donde no esté reservado.
*Pases de 24 horas 5 sin cargos después $1.00 por pase
SIN EFECTIVO SE ACEPTARÁ DE ETIQUETAS. Solo cheque o giro postal. NO PODRÁ EMITIR SU ETIQUETA SI NO PAGADO CON CHEQUE
O GIRO POSTAL.
Pases de 24 horas. En la cerca solamente donde no esté reservado. La mesa directiva reserva
el derecho del límite de número de pases. Debe de estar al corriente con sus pagos para para recibir los pases.
CUALQUIER CARRO EN LA PROPIEDAD SIN TAQUILLA O PASE, NO FECHA EN PASES O ALTERADOS DESPUES DE LAS 6P.M—
6A.M SERAN REMOLCADOS!!! CARROS QUE NO ESTEN HASIA LA SERCA SERAN REMOLCADOS.
No pases ni taquillas se entregaran después de las 5 p.m. en los fines de semana o días festivos.
Planea antes si necesitas pases. Cualquier número de taquilla reportado perdido o si se mueven de la unidad, serán remolcados de la propiedad. Favor de

6 p.m.-5 a.m.
24 hour GUEST/ANNUAL GUEST/ or Temporary Pass: passes must park at the unreserved fence areas or
they will be towed. Any expired, altered or no date on pass will be towed.
Yellow: Building stickers must park in area marked for your building. Blue sticker: May park in any area
not reserved. Brown sticker: Must park at unreserved fence area.
Please display your sticker in a clear front window passenger side.
Not following the parking rules may result in violation fines and/or towing.
