Stephen J. Spencer is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is an expert in both Corporate and Municipal restructurings. Over the last 20 years Mr. Spencer has led financial restructuring transactions for companies in a wide range of industries including aerospace, energy, steel, consumer products and media. Within municipal restructuring Mr. Spencer has advised key creditors in high profile restructurings such as Detroit, San Bernardino and Indiana Toll Road.
