The assignee accepts the assignment and hereby
authorizes the said attorneys to take all necessary
steps before the said authorities for the purpose
above stated: to file applications, declarations,
oppositions, replies, amendments and any kind of
appeals; pay fees, services and taxes; withdraw
certificates and documents; fulfil any other
requirements and use all means which said
attorneys shall deem proper for the safeguarding
of the interests of the constituent, who hereby
ratifies all and whatsoever the said attorneys shall
lawfully do by virtue for these presents.

El cesionario acepta la cesión y autoriza a los
apoderados nombrados para llevar a cabo ante
dichas autoridades todos las gestiones y
actuaciones necesarias al objeto indicado,
presentar solicitudes, declaraciones, oposiciones,
contestaciones, enmiendas, recursos de todo tipo;
pagar derechos, servicios e impuestos; retirar
documentos y certificados; cumplir cualesquiera
otros requisitos y tomar todas las medidas que
estimen conducentes en resguardos de los
intereses del mandante, el que ratifica todo cuanto
hicieren legalmente dichos apoderados en virtud
de este poder.
1) Los mandatarios estarán facultados para
adquirir derechos de propiedad intelectual y para
ceder y transferir total o parcialmente esos
derechos, abandonar solicitudes, efectuar pagos,
cobrar y percibir precios, en su caso.
NOTA: Nº1 puede ser eliminado total o
parcialmente.
