separately, in the matters and with the following
powers:
1) The Firm may represent the principal in all
matters related to Intellectual Property, to which
effect they empower him to apply for and to take the
necessary steps before the corresponding authorities
to obtain, the granting, renew, and transfer copyright
registrations, patents, utility models, industrial
drawings and designs, patent plants and vegetal
varieties, trademarks, geographical indications and
domain names registrations; to oppose the granting
registration of all these and/or request their
annulment; to negotiate and obtain the registration of
licenses; to negotiate all types of presentations
related to Industrial or Intellectual Property authorities
or Internet authorities; to pay fees and rights for the
principal(s); to collect documents which accredit the
ownership of patents, trademarks or industrial
privileges; to act before ordinary, special or
administrative courts with the right to initiate all kinds
of actions and to withdraw these actions; to resign
appeals and legal terms; to compromise; submit
matters to arbitration, giving the arbitrators arbitrating
powers; and to collect and receive moneys and
approve agreements and to assign totally or partially
the present power of attorney.
2) The Firm will be empowered to acquire intellectual
property rights,, to abandon applications, to waive
registrations, and to assign totally or partially those of
the grantor(s); and may make payment and receive
prices in its case.
para que, actuando separada o conjuntamente, lo(s)
representen en los asuntos y con las facultades que
a continuación se indican:
1) La sociedad mandataria podrá representar al
(los) mandante(s) en todas las gestiones que digan
relación con la Propiedad Intelectual, pudiendo al
efecto solicitar y tramitar ante las autoridades
competentes el registro, renovación y transferencia
de derechos de autor, patentes de invención,
modelos de utilidad, dibujos y diseños industriales,
patentes de plantas y variedades vegetales, marcas
comerciales, indicaciones geográficas y nombres de
dominio; oponerse a la concesión o registro de los
mismos y/o solicitar su nulidad; tramitar y obtener
anotaciones de licencias; solicitar y tramitar toda
clase de presentaciones relacionadas con la
Propiedad Industrial, Intelectual o con Internet ante
las autoridades respectivas; efectuar pagos de
impuestos, derechos, honorarios u otros pagos por
cuenta del (los) mandante(s); para retirar títulos que
acrediten la propiedad de patentes, marcas o
privilegios industriales; actuar ante los Tribunales
ordinarios, especiales y administrativos, pudiendo
iniciar toda clase de acciones y recursos, desistirse
de ellas; renunciar los recursos o términos legales;
transigir; someter asuntos a arbitraje, pudiendo dar a
los árbitros facultades de arbitradores, aprobar
convenios y percibir; y delegar total o parcialmente el
presente poder.
2) La sociedad mandataria estará facultada para
adquirir derechos de propiedad industrial, para
renunciar registros, abandonar solicitudes y para
ceder y transferir total o parcialmente los del
mandante, pudiendo efectuar pagos, cobrar y
percibir precios, en su caso.
