Algunos de los procedimientos que pueden presentarse en asuntos de propiedad industrial son: procedimientos de registro,
renovación, cancelación, nulidad, denuncias por infracción, entre otros.
Brindamos asesoramiento en cualquier tipo de consultas que requieran nuestros clientes en temas de derechos de autor. Nuestro
asesoramiento se extiende también a la elaboración y/o revisión de diversos contratos de cesión o licencia de derechos así como
sobre cobros por derechos de autor que requieren las entidades de gestión colectiva.

Atendemos búsquedas de antecedentes, registros de obras y denuncias por infracción.
Nuestros clientes reciben asesoramiento en forma preventiva para la protección de su propiedad industrial. Se absuelven todo tipo de
consultas que pueden tener relación con esta materia. Este servicio incluye también el asesoramiento en la elaboración y revisión de
contratos de cesión y/o licencia de elementos de propiedad industrial (signos distintivos, patentes, diseños industriales, modelos de
utilidad).
Dentro de las denuncias por infracción se desarrollan, en coordinación con la autoridad competente, visitas inspectivas con la
finalidad de obtener pruebas y lograr la inmovilización, comiso o incautación de los productos infractores.

matters. We also provide advice on the preparation and/or review of

We can handle requests for background checks, registration of works,
and infringement accusations.
As part of the infringement accusations, we carry out, in coordination
with the competent authorities, inspection visits to gather evidence and
obtain the immobilization, confiscation or seizure of infringing products.
