ETB clarifies and specifies that in the plenary session held on May 30, 2016 by the Council of Bogotá, it voted favorably on the article referring to the authorization of the district administration to transfer the shares in ETB held by the District of Bogotá and also those shares in ETB held by the company Acueducto, Alcantarillado y Aseo de Bogotá ESP; the Fondo de Prestaciones Económicas, Cesantías y Pensiones; the Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano (IDU), and the Lotería de Bogotá. However, the Council still has not concluded the procedure for approving the development plan project, of which the article voted on is a part.
