UI can only restore power if the electrical system on the property
is undamaged and capable of accepting electrical service. Before
we can reconnect service, any damage on the property owner’s
side must first be repaired by a licensed electrician.
As the property owner, it’s your responsibility to ensure there is
no damage to the wires and equipment after the connection
point. Refer to graphic above.

UI solo puede restaurar la energía si el sistema eléctrico en la
propiedad se encuentra sin daños y en condiciones de aceptar el
servicio eléctrico. Antes de poder volver a conectar el servicio, es
necesario que primero un electricista autorizado repare cualquier
daño del lado del propietario.
Como el propietario, es responsabilidad suya asegurar que no
haya daños a los cables o equipos a partir del punto de conexión.
