Mexico En UL estamos mejorando nuestros sistemas y procesos todos los días con la meta de facilitarles a nuestros clientes el hacer
negocios con nosotros.
Durante los próximos tres meses estaremos teniendo una actualización del sistema que se traducirá en nuevos formatos para
las cotizaciones, pedidos y facturas. Esperamos que este cambio dé lugar a una mayor velocidad y eficiencia de negocios, ya
que los nuevos documentos tendrán un aspecto más consistente y se percibirá con descripciones de los servicios
estandarizados y agilizará las actualizaciones a los números de referencia de los proyectos.
Habrá varios cambios, incluyendo:
Números de Referencia
• Los números de órdenes cambiarán de 7 dígitos a 8 dígitos.
• Los números de orden y proyecto serán su referencia principal en cotizaciones, órdenes y facturas
en lugar de: Subscriber numbers, File/ Números de volumen y CCNs.
• Centros de Inspección, el nombre del representante de campo y el CCN ya no aparecerán en las
facturas de Servicios de Seguimiento (FUS); en su lugar su principal referencia serán categoría del
producto, file/ volumen, modelo inspeccionado y la fecha de visita.
Descripción de los Servicios
Utilizando una terminología más familiar utilizada en el mercado y fácil de entender, estamos creando
descripciones de los servicios estandarizados que se traducirá en una experiencia de compra más
consistente. Estas nuevas descripciones ayudan a simplificar nuestra cartera de servicios global y
crear un marco común de servicios.
Información Bancaria/ Proveedor
• La información bancaria para envío de pagos y proveedor podría cambiar. Por favor revise su(s)
factura(s) al recibirla(s) y actualice sus registros como se solicita para asegurar el proceso de
pago exacto.
• Dependiendo de cuando su orden fue emitida, usted recibirá sus facturas de nuestro sistema
existente o del nuevo sistema.

At UL we are enhancing our systems and processes every day with the goal of making it easier for you to do business with us.
Over the next three months we are undergoing a system upgrade that will result in new formats for quotes, orders and invoices. We
are hopeful this change will lead to greater speed and business efficiency, as our new documents will have a more consistent look
and feel, showcase standardized service descriptions and streamline updates to project reference numbers.
There will be several changes, including:
Reference Numbers

Order numbers will change from 7 digits to 8 digits.
Order and project numbers will become your primary reference on quotes, orders and invoices, in place of
the following: subscriber numbers, file/volume numbers and CCNs.

The inspection center, field representative name and CCN will no longer appear on follow-up services
(FUS) invoices; instead your primary reference will be product category, file/volume, model inspected and
date of visit.
Service Descriptions
By using familiar, more easily understood market-based terminology, we are creating standardized service
descriptions that will result in a more consistent ordering experience. These new descriptions help simplify our
global service portfolio and create a common service framework.
Banking / Supplier Information
• Your "remit to" bank / supplier information may have changed. Please review your invoice(s) upon receipt
and update your records as needed to ensure accurate payment processing.

Depending on when your order was placed, you may continue receiving invoices from our existing system
or you may see invoices from our new system.
