County Schools and Mattamuskeet Elementary School. We (agree to abide and follow these policies and
procedures within the handbook for the 2012-2013 school year. We understand if we wish for a hard
copy of the handbook to be provided; we need to check the box below and return this form to the
school.

página web del distrito escolar y que lo leeré y discutiré con mi hijo(a) para asegurarnos de que
entendamos todas las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por las Escuelas del Condado de Hyde y la
Escuela Primaria Mattamuskeet. Acordamos seguir las siguientes políticas y procedimientos establecidos
en este manual para el año escolar 2012-2013. Entendemos de igual manera de que si así lo deseamos
podremos obtener una copia impresa de este manual. Solo necesitamos indicarlo en el cuadro más
abajo y regresar esta planilla a la escuela.
