DEAN´S LIST Written Consent of the Student Consentimiento Escrito del Estudiante I, hereby authorize CIS-The College for International Studies to include my name in the Dean´s list, to publish it on the CIS webpage, as well as to call my name in academic public events, as far as I qualify for the mentioned list. Yo, por medio de este documento, autorizo a CIS-The College for International Studies a incluir mi nombre en la Lista del Decano, a publicar mi nombre en la página web de CIS, así como a nombrarme en actos públicos académicos, en tanto que cumpla con los requisitos para ser incluido/a en la mencionada lista. I know that to qualify for the semester Dean’s list, I must have earned a semester grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher and have carried a minimum of 12 semester credits.
