Pursuant to amendments passed this summer to Section 42-1903.03 of the DC Official Code
(DC Condo Act), Condominium Associations may now send official notice electronically to
those owners who waive notice of their right to delivery via USPS.
If you are interested in receiving future communications from your Board of Directors,
including but not limited to notice of meetings, minutes and annual budget and fee
information, please complete the form below and return it to our office. You may email the
form to [email protected], fax it to 202-237-0348 or mail it to our office. Please
note that if your email address changes, you are responsible for notifying Management and
the Board of this change.

De conformidad con las enmiendas aprobadas este verano a la Sección 42 a 1.903,03 del
Código Oficial de DC (Ley de Condominios DC), las asociaciones de condominios pueden
ahora enviar una notificación oficial por vía electrónica a aquellos propietarios que
notifiquen renunciando a su derecho de entrega a través de USPS.
Si usted está interesado en recibir comunicaciones futuras de su Junta de Directores,
incluyendo pero no solo, notificación de reuniones, actas e información presupuestaria y
cuota anual, por favor complete el siguiente formulario y devuélvalo a nuestra oficina.
Usted puede enviar por correo electrónico el formulario a [email protected],
por fax al 202-237-0348 o por correo a nuestra oficina. Tenga en cuenta que si cambia su
dirección electrónica, usted es responsable de notificarles este cambio al administrador y a
la Junta.
