El presidente Nicolás Maduro dio la noticia al pueblo que el problema del apagón se había resuelto por completo gracias a los trabajadores (a) de Corpoelec, pero como sucedió en el año pasado, se iba a realizar el razonamiento de energía a lo largo y ancho de país, el cual constaría de 3 hora sin el servicio de luz variando el horario que se estableciera a tu localidad, a causa de esto hubo un paro nacional (escolar/laboral), las comunicaciones se cayeron y por lo tanto no se sabía que en verdad que estaba pasando (habiendo o no luz) y también muchos lugares de Venezuela tuvieron problema con el agua ya que sin electricidad no se pueden encender las bombas de agua, y este problema aún persiste a día de hoy 10 de abril.
