Early Registration Incentive Program
2016 – 2017 School Year
Factoring out our graduating 8th graders, there are 247 students eligible for re-registration. Having a
early understanding of the enrollment for the 16 – 17 school year will allow the School to better plan
for academics, finances, personnel and supplies. The following incentive program is being put forth to
encourage re-enrollment for the 2016 – 2017 school year:.
Re-Enrollment Incentive
 For Parents
o Registration will remain for $175 per student
o Each family who registers their child(ren) on or before Wednesday, March 23, 2016,
Registration will be $100 per student.
o After March 30th and before Friday, April 29, 2016, Registration will be $150 per
student.
o After April 29th, Registration will be $175 per student.

For Classes & Students
o If all of a classroom’s students are registered by Wednesday, March 23, 2014, the class
will be treated to a Pizza Party.
o Children who are registered for the 2016 – 2017 school year become eligible for Dress
Down Fridays.
 Dress Down Fridays begin on Friday, April 8, 2014 and will remain effective
through the remainder of the 2015 – 2016 school year.

Ano escolar del 2016 – 2017
Después de remover a nuestros graduados de octavo, aún quedan 247 estudiantes que son elegibles
para reinscripción. Teniendo un entendimiento temprano de la inscripción para el ano escolar 20162017 nos ayuda a planificar las academias, finanzas y útiles. El siguiente programa de incentivos se ha
puesto en efecto para promover la reinscripción del año escolar 2016-2017.
Incentativo de Reinscripcion
 Para los Padres
o La registración permanecerá de $175 por estudiante
o Cada familia que registre a su niño(s) en o antes del miércoles, 23 de Marzo, 2016,
pagara $100 por el registro de cada estudiante.
o Después del 30 de marzo y antes del viernes, 29 de abril del 2016, la registración será
$150 por cada estudiante.
o Después del 29 de abril, la registración será $175 por estudiante.

Para las Clases y Estudiantes
o Si todos los niños de un salón están registrados en o antes del miércoles, 23 de marzo,
2016, se les celebrara con una fiesta de pizza.
o Los niños que están registrados para el año escolar 2016-2017 se les dará un pase de
vestuario fuera de uniforme cada viernes a partir del 8 de abril del 2016.
