Statement Rendered by an Undercovered Agent
La siguiente declaración fue rendida en las oficinas de la Secretaría de Control
del Tráfico de Estupefacientes. El declarante quedará anónimo puesto que él
actuó en calidad de informante encubierto en el operativo que se llevó a cabo en
la ciudad de Tijuana, Baja California. A continuación paso mencionar la
declaración rendida el día 14 de enero del año 2010. La misma dice:
The following statement was rendered in the Mexican DEA offices. The declarant
shall remain anonymous since he was the one who participated as an
undercovered agent in the operation that took place in the city of Tijuana, Baja
California. Next, I would like to discuss the statement rendered on January 14th,
2010. It reads:
“Lo metieron en la grande. Pobre diablo. A este pandillero se la tenían jurada. En
realidad me gusta que le haya pasado esto. Es que el cabrón se creía la mamá
de Tarzán y la quería toda servida. Era un pichonero. A mi me empezó a picar el
gusano hace ya dos meses cuando comencé en este operativo encubierto. Lo vi
a Rodolfo, el chavo al que me referí en el párrafo anterior, con otro narco del
norte. Este tipo traía armas y se llevaba coca.
“They throw him in the big house. Poor guy. They had it in for this gang member.
In fact, I am glad that this has happened to him. This asshole thought he was big
shit and he wanted everything served on a silver platter. He was so abusive. I got
curious two months ago when I began this undercovered operation. I saw
Rodolfo, the guy that I was referring to in the previous paragraph, with another
drug trafficker from the north. This guy brought weapons and took coke with him.
Parece que la pasaban por la línea de San Diego. Cuando llegaba a Tijuana se
la pintaban de a boleto. La última vez que los vi andaban con dos pirujas del
norte. Se creían que eran dueños del rancho. Se vinieron con dos camionetas
de carga y con una combi. Pusieron la droga en saquitos de café y los
escondieron en un compartimiento oculto de la combi. Creo que era debajo del
motor muy cerca del radiador de la combi. El contacto que tenían en Tijuana se
quedó de a seis cuando el pinche cabrón le dijo en un español mocho que le iba
a pagar la mitad porque la coca no era de primera calidad. Nuestro chavo le dijo
que no venga con esa jalada ahorita. Acordamos un precio y así será. El gringo
peló una escuadra y ahí mismito lo liquidó. Yo fui testigo ocular de los hechos.
It appeared that they brought them through the San Diego border. When he
arrived in Tijuana, he was always in a hurry. Last time I saw them with two
whores from the north. They thought they were big shit. They came with two pick
ups and with a van. They put the drugs in coffee sacks and hid them in a hidden
compartment in the van. I think they were below the engine, very close to the
radiator of the van. The contact person they had in Tijuana was surprised when
the fucking asshole told him in broken Spanish that he was going to pay half
because the coke was not A1. Our guy told him: don’t come with that bullshit
now. We agreed on a price and that will be it. The American guy pulled a semi
and he wasted him right there. I was an eyewitness of what happened.
