Regular Events Conditions and Cancellation Policy Fees 1. To confirm a regular booking, having completed a venue booking form; the organiser must pay a deposit of 50% of the full event value. This ‘ongoing deposit’ is carried forward until the regular booking ceases; when it will be refunded. The deposit will be used for overrunning of bookings, damage to property and any other costs incurred through the negligence of the TOCA (contract signed by event organisers). 2. The ongoing deposit will need to be topped-up if used through any of the sources above. 3. If event organisers choose to end a session partway through arranged Period of Control (See TOCA) there will be no refund. 4. Payment will be invoiced on the 1st of the month for the coming month. 5. If the booking coincides with a UK Bank holiday there will a 50% increase in the price per hour for that session. Cancelled bookings In the event of the organisers having to cancel their event, the organisers must contact 2JEvents in writing, via phone or email prior to the event. All contact details can be found at www.2jevents.com. In situations where the event organisers cancel their booking, the following refund policy applies, on the assumption full payment has been received. Refunds reflect the costs incurred by 2JEvents in booking, organising and preparing venues. Less than 7 working days in advance of an event Less than 48 hours before an event = 75% (of event value) refund = 50% (of event value) refund Rearranged booking At the sole discretion of 2JEvents; when an individual event is cancelled and future bookings still remain, payments can be carried over to these future bookings. Overrunning of booking If the Period of Control passes the scheduled finish time, the organiser will be charged £1 per 2 minutes for the extended period. This price increases to £1 per 1 minute after midnight. This will be taken out of the ongoing deposit.
