When they come to Capernaum, Jesus asks them what they were arguing about on the way
as they were discussing among themselves who was the greatest. The creative service of love
unites God, Jesus in his humanity, and every human being in the most intimate communion
of life. Jesus says, “Whoever receives one child such as this in my name, receives me; and
whoever receives me, receives not me but the One who sent me.” Only by following in the
way of Jesus will we be on the path to greatness according to God’s wisdom, and thereby
ourselves often be prompted to deeds of sacrifice and love. Can I become greatest in the
Kingdom of God?

WOMEN’S A.C.T.S. RETREAT
The Women’s ACTS retreat is Oct 22-25. Retreatants will
