Thereby, the general substitution has been incorporated as a modality of the institution of the suspension; while the substitution regimen imprisonment for expulsion from the national territory continues, it has significant change in this regard. The regulation of the general substitution in article 88 of the Criminal Code before reform, and later how it was incorporated as a modality of the extraordinary suspension in article 89 of the Criminal Code. Finally, the changes which have occured will be studied in relation of the substitution regimen imprisonment for expulsion from the national territory in the same article 89 of the Criminal Code, in reference to the previous and subsequent regulation by the reform contained in Organic Law 1/2015 of the 30th March. Le régime général de substitution a été constitué en tant que modalité de l'institution de la suspension; tandis que le régime de substitution de la peine privative de liberté pour l’expulsion du territoire national se maintient avec des changements significatifs. Dans cet article, on analyse la façon dont il a été réglementé le régime général de substitution de l’article 88 du Code Pénal et comment il est incorporé comme une forme de suspension extraordinaire de l’article 80.3 du Code Pénal. En ce qui concerne la substitution de la peine privative de liberté pour l’expulsion du territoire national on étudié les changements dans l'article 89 du Code Pénal, qui se référant à la réforme de la réglementation antérieure et postérieure par la Loi organique 1/2015, du 30 Mars. Así, el régimen general de sustitución se ha incorporado como una modalidad de la institución de la suspensión; mientras que se mantiene el régimen de sustitución de la pena privativa de libertad por expulsión del territorio nacional, con importantes modificaciones al respecto. Castellano (opcional) Gaztelania (aukeran) En el presente trabajo se analizará cómo estaba regulado el régimen general de sustitución en el art.88 CP antes de la reforma y cómo queda incorporado como modalidad de suspensión extraordinaria del art.80.3 CP. En lo referente a la sustitución de la pena privativa de libertad por expulsión del territorio nacional se estudiarán los cambios que ha sufrido la misma, en el propio art.89 CP, en referencia a la regulación anterior y posterior a la reforma por la LO 1/2015, de 30 de marzo.
