In realizing the desire to promote and enhance the cooperation in the
field of intema tional banking between both countries, Bank Indonesia, the
Central Bank of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Central Bank of
Argentina and , have agreed as follows:
Article I
All transactions through the banking system shall subject to the laws
and regulations enforced and can be m1plemented by both countries.
Article II
Payments of any transaction through the banking system between
the Republic Indonesia of and the Republic of Argentina shall be in freely
convertible currencies.

Article III
Bank Indonesia and the Central Bank of Argentina shall endeavour
their best effort to supervise the in1plementation of the agreed transaction
between the conm1ercial banks of the two countries in accordance with
provisions stipulated in Article I, and if it is deemed necessary, instiuct the
concerned collllllercial banks to perform their commitments.
Bank Indonesia and the Central Bank of Argentina may exchange
information related to the irnplen1entation of this Article.
Article IV
Any possible difference and dispute ansmg out of the
implementation of this Banking Arrangement will be settled between the
concerned conm1ercial banks.
Bank Indonesia and the Central Bank of Argentina will advise
and/ or recon1ffiend any relevant solution for expediting the early
settlement of such differences and disputes.
Article V
Any modification or amendment deemed necessary to this Banking
Arrangen1ent shall be made by mutual written agreement between the
Bank Indonesia and the Central Bank of Argentina.

Banco Central de la Republica Argentina
En cumplimiento del deseo de promover y reforzar la cooperaci6n en el terreno
de banca internacional entre ambos paises, Bank Indonesia, el Banco Central de la
Republica de Indonesia, y el Banco Central de la Republica Argentina, han acordado
lo siguiente:
Articulo I
Todas las operaciones a traves del sistema bancario estaran sujetas a las leyes
y reglamentaciones vigentes y pueden ser implementadas par ambos paises.
Articulo II
Los pages de cualquier operaci6n a traves del sistema bancario entre la
Republica de Indonesia y la Republica Argentina se efectuaran en monedas libremente
convertibles.
Articulo Ill
Bank Indonesia y el Banco Central de la Republica Argentina pondran su mayor
emperio para supervisar la implementaci6n de la operaci6n convenida entre las bancos
comerciales de las dos paises de acuerdo con las disposiciones estipuladas en el
Articulo I, y si se considerara necesario, daran instrucciones a los bancos comerciales
en cuesti6n para cumplir sus compromises.
Bank Indonesia y el Banco Central de la Republica Argentina pueden
intercambiar informaci6n vinculada con la implementaci6n de este Articulo.
