NORMAS GENERALES:








Por su propia seguridad, los clientes deberán identificarse siempre en la recepción antes de utilizar las
instalaciones.
En el gimnasio es obligatorio el uso de las toallas, ropa y zapatilla de deporte.
En el Spa no se podrá entrar con zapatos y es obligatorio ducharse antes de entrar en la piscina y llevar el pelo
recogido.
Para acceder a Spacio10 de manera individual hay que ser mayor de edad.
Los menores a partir de 12 años podrán acceder al spa siempre que vayan acompañados por un adulto
responsable.
Se ruega avisar al personal de recepción a la entrada en caso de padecer algún problema de salud o estar
embarazada, siendo en todo caso el acceso y uso bajo su responsabilidad.
El servicio gratuito de las taquillas no equivale a una consigna ni caja fuerte y no podemos por tanto
responsabilizarnos de los objetos de valor y dinero dejado en las mismas o en cualquier otro lugar fuera del
alcance y control del propio socio.
Las taquillas de los vestuarios son para uso gratuito por parte de los clientes y socios durante la utilización de las
instalaciones, no se permite sacar las llaves de las instalaciones. En caso de detectarse taquillas cerradas tras el
cierre del centro nos reservamos el derecho de abrirlas, no responsabilizándonos de los objetos encontrados en
su interior.
Acerca de los pagos:
La cuota da derecho al uso de las instalaciones durante el periodo contemplado desde el pago de la misma.
Por tanto no se realizaran devoluciones, cambios ni aplazamientos de ningún tipo por la no utilización total o parcial de
dicha mensualidad.
En casos excepcionales justificados, siempre que medie preaviso y autorización de la dirección se permitirá el pago de
una cuota reducida (Fitness+: 40€, One+: 55€) que dará derecho a 15 días naturales. Esto se podrá hacer un máximo de
2 ocasiones al año.

For your own safety all external clients will be required to show their ID at reception.
In the fitness area it is OBLIGATORY to use a towel, sports clothing and shoes.
It is not permitted to access the spa with shoes, it is obligatory to shower before entering the pool and wear
your hair up.
In order to access Spacio10 individually you must be an adult.
Children 12 years or over may enter the spa if accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please inform our staff at reception if you have any health problems or if you are pregnant, the access to the spa
will be under your own responsibility.
Spacio10 offers lockers for your convenience, they are not a safety box, therefore Spacio 10 cannot be held
responsible for any valuable items left in them or out of the client's sight and control.
The lockers in the changing rooms are free for our customers, meant to be used while enjoying the facilities, it is
not permitted to take the keys out of the centre. If we detect closed lockers after closing time, we reserve the
right to open them, not accepting any responsibility for the items found within.
Payment rules:
The membership gives you the right to use the gym during the time in question after the payment has been completed.
No refunds, amendments or postponement of any type will be done due to total or partial non-use of the membership
fee. In very exceptional and justified cases, provided there is forewarning and authorization of the management, it may
be possible to pay a reduced fee (Fitness+: 40€, One+: 55€), which would entitle you to 15 natural days. This can be done
a maximum of 2 occasions per year.
