Advanced instructions
Power indicator
0 (When running on the battery) The indicator lights green when the
power is turned on. It turns red when the remaining charge in the
battery becomes low. It goes out when the unit is on standby.
0 (During recharging) The indicator blinks either red (when battery charge
is low) or green, irrespective of whether the unit is on or on standby. The
indicator turns green when recharging is complete.
0 When the battery runs out of charge, the indicator blinks alternating
between red and green.
Regarding the pairing
0 The pairing mode takes about 5 minutes.
0 This unit can store the data of up to eight paired devices. The
information for the oldest paired device is deleted when you try to pair a
ninth device. The procedure for pairing for other devices is the same as
for the first device.

0 All pairing information is deleted if you press and hold the
button for
10 seconds or more. To pair a device again, first delete the pairing
information for the unit on the Bluetooth enabled device.
Regarding the playback
0 If the volume setting on the Bluetooth enabled device is low, the sound
will not be output from this unit, so adjust the volume to an appropriate
level.
0 If the unit receives no input signal for 20 minutes, it switches to standby
automatically (auto-standby feature). If there is no Bluetooth connection
with the unit for 5 minutes, it also switches to standby automatically.
0 If you are playing at near the maximum volume and the battery charge
becomes low, the volume is automatically reduced.
0 Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology, the sound
produced on this unit may slightly be behind the sound played on the
Bluetooth enabled device.

Smart standby mode (disabled by default)
Playing a device connected to the AUDIO IN jack
This mode enables the unit to come on automatically even if it is on
standby when a Bluetooth enabled device is connected or there is a signal
input through the AUDIO IN jack. This works only when the recharging AC
adapter is connected. To enable this feature, while the power is on, press
and hold the
button for about 3 seconds until the power indicator blinks
orange twice. When enabled, the power indicator will light orange when
the unit is on standby. To disable this feature, press and hold the
button
for about 3 seconds until the power indicator blinks orange once.
0 To switch the unit to standby when smart standby mode is enabled, first
disable the connection with any Bluetooth enabled devices.
You can play the audio from an external player by connecting the audio
output jack of the player to the AUDIO IN jack of this unit using a stereo
mini plug cable.
0 Audio input automatically switches to AUDIO IN jack connection when
a cable is connected to the AUDIO IN jack. To play from a Bluetooth
device again after this, either remove the cable from the AUDIO IN jack
or press the
button to switch to Bluetooth playback.
Multipoint feature
You can connect two Bluetooth enabled devices at the same time to this
unit.
0 When playing from one and you want to start play from the other, first
stop the device playing. Note that the multipoint feature does not work
together with the TWS feature.
0 To connect a third device, you must first disable the connection of one
of the connected devices.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS) feature
You can use one of these units as the speaker for the right side and one
for the left side.
Setting
1. Press the
button to turn the unit on. If a Bluetooth enabled device is
connected, disable the connection.

2. On the unit that will be on the right side, press and hold the
and the “+” button for 3 or more seconds until the muting indicator blinks
orange.
0 Make the TWS settings starting with the unit that will be on the right.
If you have already paired devices with one of these units, make that
unit the right side.

white.
4. When the connection of the right and left side is completed, the muting
indicator lights orange on the right side and white on the left side.
5. Pair Bluetooth enabled devices with the right side device.

0 To disable the TWS feature, first turn both units on, then, on either of
the units, press and hold the

seconds. The muting indicator goes out when the feature is disabled.
The feature is also disabled automatically on the other unit, but if the
muting indicator on the other unit does not go out, repeat the above
disabling procedure.
Play
When you operate one of the units, the other unit also operates, allowing
you to turn both off or to adjust the volume of both units at the same time.
0 Connect to the unit on the right when you want to play an audio by
connecting to the AUDIO IN jack with the TWS feature.
0 The delay in the playback sound when using the TWS feature increases
compared to when you are using just one unit. The maximum
communication range (distance) is also reduced by about half.

Resetting the unit to its default status
If the unit stops working properly, you may be able to restore correct
operation by resetting it to its default status. Turn the unit on, then press
and hold the
button for 10 seconds or more until the power indicator
goes out.
0 If you have enabled the TWS feature, reset both of the units.
Restarting
When the unit is not responding to operations, you may
be able to restore proper operation by restarting the
unit. Use the point of a pin or other similarly thin item
and push into the small hole (reset hole) to the left of
the AUDIO IN jack.

Mode veille intelligent (désactivé par défaut)
Ce mode permet à l'appareil de s'activer automatiquement même s'il est en
veille lorsqu'un périphérique compatible Bluetooth est connecté ou lorsqu'un
signal d'entrée passe par la prise AUDIO IN. Ceci fonctionne uniquement

Fonctionnalité TWS (True Wireless Stereo)

Modo de espera inteligente (desactivado por defecto)

Smart stand-by-modus (als fabrieksinstelling uitgeschakeld)
Deze modus stelt het toestel in staat automatisch ingeschakeld te worden, zelfs
als het op stand-by staat, wanneer een Bluetooth geactiveerd apparaat
verbonden wordt of als een signaal binnenkomt via de AUDIO IN-aansluiting.
Dit werkt alleen als de netadapter voor het opladen verbonden is. Om dit
kenmerk in te schakelen terwijl de stroom ingeschakeld is, druk dan op de
knop en houd deze ongeveer 3 seconden ingedrukt tot het powercontrolelampje twee keer oranje knippert. Eenmaal ingeschakeld zal het powercontrolelampje oranje branden als het toestel op stand-by staat. Om dit
kenmerk uit te schakelen, druk dan op de
-knop en houd deze ongeveer
3 seconden ingedrukt tot het power-controlelampje één keer oranje knippert.
0 Om het toestel naar stand-by te schakelen terwijl de smart stand-by-modus
ingeschakeld is, maak dan eerst de verbinding met ongeacht welk Bluetooth
geactiveerd apparaat ongedaan.
0 Om een derde apparaat te verbinden, moet eerst de verbinding van een van
de verbonden apparaten ongedaan gemaakt worden.
Afspelen van een apparaat dat verbonden is met de
AUDIO IN-aansluiting
U kunt de audio afkomstig van een externe speler afspelen door de audiouitgang van die speler met de AUDIO IN van dit toestel te verbinden, met
gebruik van een stereo ministekkerkabel.
0 De audio-ingang schakelt automatisch naar de AUDIO IN-aansluiting wanneer
een kabel met de AUDIO IN-aansluiting verbonden wordt. Om hierna opnieuw van
een Bluetooth apparaat af te spelen, verwijder dan de kabel van de AUDIO INaansluiting of druk op de
-knop om naar het Bluetooth afspelen te schakelen.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS)-kenmerk
U kunt een van deze toestellen als luidspreker voor de rechterkant en een voor
de linkerkant gebruiken.
Instelling
1. Druk op de
-knop om het toestel in te schakelen. Als een Bluetooth
geactiveerd apparaat verbonden is, maak de verbinding dan ongedaan.
2. Druk op het toestel dat zich aan de rechterkant zal bevinden 3 seconden of
langer op de
-knop en de “+”-knop, tot het muting-controlelampje oranje
knippert.
0 Voer de TWS-instellingen uit en begin met het toestel dat zich aan de
rechterkant zal bevinden. Als u de apparaten al met een van deze
toestellen gepaird heeft, laat dat toestel dan de rechterkant worden.
3. Druk op het toestel dat zich aan de linkerkant zal bevinden 3 seconden of
langer op de
-knop en de “–”-knop, tot het muting-controlelampje wit
knippert.
4. Als de verbinding van de rechterkant en de linkerkant voltooid is, brandt het
muting-controlelampje aan de rechterkant oranje en aan de linkerkant wit.
5. Pair de Bluetooth geactiveerde apparaten met het apparaat aan de
rechterkant.

0 Om het TWS-kenmerk uit te schakelen, schakelt u eerst beide toestellen in
en drukt u vervolgens op een van de toestellen 3 seconden of langer op de
en de
-knop. Het muting-controlelampje gaat uit als het kenmerk
uitgeschakeld is. Het kenmerk wordt ook automatisch op het andere toestel
uitgeschakeld maar als het muting-controlelampje op het andere toestel niet
uitgaat, herhaal dan bovenstaande procedure voor de uitschakeling.
Spelen
Als u een van de toestellen bedient, wordt ook het andere toestel bedient
hetgeen u in staat stelt beide uit te schakelen of het volume van beide
toestellen gelijktijdig af te stellen.
0 Maak verbinding met het toestel aan de rechterkant als u audio wilt afspelen
door verbinding te maken met de AUDIO IN-aansluiting met het TWSkenmerk.
0 De vertraging van het afspeelgeluid wordt groter wanneer het TWS-kenmerk
gebruikt wordt in vergelijking met wanneer slechts één toestel wordt
gebruikt. Het maximum communicatiebereik (afstand) wordt ook ongeveer
de helft kleiner.

Het veiligheidscircuit is in werking getreden als het power-controlelampje snel
rood knippert. Schakel het toestel op stand-by en vraag vervolgens om reparatie.
∫ Algemeen
Het toestel op de fabrieksinstellingen resetten
Als het toestel ophoudt correct te werken, kunt u de correcte werking mogelijk
weer herstellen door het toestel op de fabrieksinstellingen te resetten. Schakel
het toestel in, druk vervolgens op de
-knop en houdt deze 10 seconden of

te herstarten. Gebruik de punt van een pen of een
gelijkaardig dun voorwerp en duw het in het gaatje (resetgaatje) links van de AUDIO IN-aansluiting.
