Una joven ejecutiva adicta al trabajo, Andrea, se queda atrapada durante un fin de semana en la azotea de un edificio corporativo donde trabaja, acompañada por Gualberto, un intendente de limpieza de la misma empresa. Auténticos náufragos en un mar de concreto y vidrio, estos desconocidos se ven obligados a llevarse bien para obtener ayuda. Al reflexionar sobre sus vidas y sus escalas de valores que son diferentes por sus estados económicos, cada uno volverá a evaluar que es importante para mantener el equilibrio entre su trabajo y su vida personal.
