Human resources values in a
company must be established to
guarantee the fulfillment of goals
and base the decisions made. Some
of these values are objectivity,
respect, communication and
training. Human resources are
unique, persistent, influence
company culture, require
knowledge, play a specific role, have
autonomy and can adapt. In an
organization, human resources are
the most valuable thing, we dream
big, we think like owners, we get
involved in the business and deliver
results, and we grow by meritocracy

the image and reputation of a
company or entity through various
means and strategies. Key elements

communication, crisis management,
and building lasting relationships
with relevant audiences
Types of internal
communication in
the company
We can distinguish between at least
two types of internal communication:
Informal: it is the one that occurs
spontaneously, without there being any
channels enabled for it. For example,
two people in the company coordinate
through an out-of-office conversation.
Formal: it is that which is produced
through channels enabled for this
purpose, in the time and manner
defined by the company.
