To live, we have to breathe and fresh,
clean air is the best for that.
It's very beneficial, but
if we breathe smoke or
polluted air we get risk
of contracting a
disease.
Sleep
It is recommended to sleep 8 hours a day to recover
our energy, it also reduces stress, improves mood.

Have faith is very important,
because it help us to overcome the
problems succesfully. We can
improve our trust in God having a
good relacionship with Him, that
means read the bible, pray and
testify others about his love.

pandemic affected our lifestyles, so now
it's time to change for our own benefit.

A good nutrition based on vegetables, fruits and
seeds, benefits our body and internal organs to a
good functioning and prevents diseases.
Sunbathing at least once
a day increases the
amount of vitamin D in

When you don't have an active life you have
obesity and diseases that damage the heart.
Temperance
Water
Water is a natural and free remedy that God gave us. It is
recommended to drink 8 glasses of water daily (2 liters)
When we consume enough water:
- Carrying oxygen to your cells.
- Aiding digestion
If you get too
- Relieves fatigue

can't function well.
Have temperance is abstein of
things that damage our body,
mind and spirit. It also means to
now how to use and practise

for us. In other words is the
