Ingredients
Achieve is an all-natural, satisfying nutritional meal replacement
shake. It contains scientifically-proven ingredients to promote fat
metabolism, reduce cravings, and keep you satisfied longer.
Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) Serves as a potent anti-oxidant and antiinflammatory. This super food also promotes energy, vitality, and
supports immune function.
Gymnema (Gymnema Sylvestre) Supports healthy blood sugar levels
and metabolism.
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) Boosts cardiovascular health, stabilizes
blood sugar levels, and promotes normal blood lipid profiles.
Guggul (Commiphora Mukul) Rids the body of unwanted fat, boosts

Achieve contains over 22 vitamins and minerals, 18 grams of protein, all of your amino acids, and soluble fiber
which supplement a healthy diet with essential nutrients often missing from today’s processed foods.
Recommended Use Mix 2 scoops in 8oz of water or low
calorie milk (ex: almond milk, rice milk, or skim milk).
Blend or shake well. Use as a meal replacement one to
two times daily.
