Greetings Esteemed Stroll the Harbor Vendor,
We are delighted that your company will participate in Concilio’s Hispanic Fiesta
Present’s Stroll the Harbor event scheduled for Saturday September 25, 2021 at Spruce
Street Harbor in Philadelphia, PA. This event is rain or shine and will proceed
regardless of the weather. Your participation includes one 10x10 space with one table
and two chairs.
You are welcomed to bring your own branded tent, but it cannot be larger than 10x10
and must include weights to hold it down.
Time Frame: 11 am – 5 pm (Registration begins at 9:30 am – 10:30 am)

All vendors will need to drive to either the Market St, Lot (101 S. Columbus Ave) and
park near the Seaport Museum (the Walnut East Lot) and cart/walk your goods between
the Hilton Hotel and Seaport Museum walkway (probably the easiest) or use Lombard St.
Lot (401 S. Columbus Ave) and walk/cart their goods from their parking space.
PLEASE NOTE: You can not pull into the Hilton Driveway or double park/stop on
Columbus Avenue because PPD will ticket and tow your car away.
During the Event: (Check in at the Concilio Tent near the Columbus Monument near
the Hilton Entrance point)
We are expecting 5000+ attendees, bring enough material to distribute during the day.
Any table games or activities to engage individuals is always a plus.
COVID Safety:
We require masks at all times and are practicing social distancing. Hand sanitizer will
be available as well as additional masks if needed.
