Environment 1.1 Operating system Operating System: This demo program can run on an operating system with Window 7/10 or Windows Server 2008 R2 or later version. .NET Framework Version: Requires .NET Framework 4.0 or later. 1.2 Environmental inspection Display: To run the Demo Tool program, the minimum resolution of the monitor is 1280 * 1024 or 1440 * 900. Network: Computer/server and wireless base station (hereinafter referred to as base station) must be in the same LAN (local area network). Make sure there is no device ID and IP address conflict in this LAN. Connect to Ethernet switch / hub, or Ethernet twisted pair directly. IP Configuration: Unless otherwise specified, the default IP address of the computer / server is 192.168.1.92. If it is other addresses, you need to confirm that the relevant parameters of the base station are correctly configured. Label List Area You can manage the label list by right-clicking the pop-up menu in the tab list area and selected Add, Edit, Delete, Manual Input, Count and Refresh. The program checks tag ID validity and removes invalid and duplicate IDs. You can choose to add, modify or delete a single label by right-clicking on the menu. You can also select Manual Input to input multiple label IDs in batches (you are suggested to copy Excel file or enter it using barcode scanner). Data List Area You can change the text value, position (V, H), and font size. And you can choose whether or not the reverse color display and color (Black/Red/Yellow, depend on the electronic tag type.). Send Options 2.5.1. Broadcast instructions Used to group all tags in the current farm (regardless of whether they are entered in the Tag List). The broadcast command includes the following command options: 0. Key feedback: You can confirm whether the electronic tag equipped with key feedback presses the OK key (Depend on the electronic tag type); 1. Display the first cache of the electronic tag. 2. Display the second cache of the electronic tag. 3. Display the third cache of the electronic tag. 4. Display the fourth cache of the electronic tag. 5. Erase the contents of the electronic tag screen. 2.5.2. Send Data Text: This option will send the text in the Data # 1-9 (and Data # 10-18) lists Image: This option will select a Bitmap image file .bmp (the image will be cropped according to the label size, black and white the image content, and eliminate the gray scale) No Data: This option will only flash the light without updating the content Excel: This option will load the excel file’s data LED: You can choose to turn on the LED: R (red), G (green), B (blue) Times: set the number of LED flashes (0-36000 times); Service Code: Service number, this function is used to detect key feedback, forming a closed-loop data, the range is 0 ~ 65535; Screen: A total of 4 screen buffer can be specified to send. Note: The two adjacent content can’t be the same. If so, the second sending does not overwrite the first one. You can specify a specific tag ID to send. Enter the label ID and press Enter, or scan the label barcode with a bar code gun. Set Layout You can adjust the item information, such as item name, inventory, item number and so on. There are four types of fonts to choose from: 12 pixels, 16 pixels, 24 pixels and 32 pixels. Set the position coordinate information range from (V: 1, H: 1) to (V: 104, H: 212), (V: 128, H: 292), (V: 300, H: 400), (V: 384, H: 640), Depend on the electronic tag type. Inverse for inverse color, White background Black/Red word, Black/Red background White word. For the screen color type of the tag, see section 1.3. Note: The 18 item information listed in the program is for demonstration purposes only. Send Test Data Set LED blinking light color and quantity, and make a specific service number or automatic random service number by the program. Click the Send button, the program will send the data to the specified label cache screen. Note: You must select an online, free base station ID. If the base station is busy, please try again later. Tip: If you find that the probability of failure when sending labels is very high, please confirm with the sales staff or technical support base station and label configuration is consistent; If you choose 7.5-inch labels, send Bitmap (.bmp) pictures, the size of the image can’t exceed 150KB, if not the label can’t be updated as excessive data volume. Demo Tool will import the Bitmap image as follows: 1. Crop the size, so that it meets the corresponding screen resolution of the label; 2.
