MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE MEDIATION
-- YOU MAY BE ABLE TO SAVE YOUR HOME --You have been served with a foreclosure complaint that could result in the
loss of your home.
By Order of the Chief Judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, you are
eligible for the FREE Lake County Residential Real Estate Mortgage
Foreclosure Mediation Program. There is NO COST to you to participate in
the Court sponsored Foreclosure Mediation Program.
To participate in this free Mediation Program you must:
1. Call 847-377-3552 IMMEDIATELY to schedule a housing counseling appointment.
2. During housing counseling, you will need to gather certain financial information and
submit it to the housing counselor before you meet with the mediator and the lender.
3. You must attend all appointments and meet all deadlines.

must file your appearance and respond to the complaint in accordance with the Summons.
