As we near the end of the 2013-2014 school year, I would like to remind our 8 grade students that the end of
year activities are a privilege and therefore they need to be earned. Specifically, I am talking about the

Architecture Boat Tour that will take place on Thursday, May 8 and the Great America Trip that will take place on
th
Thursday, May 29 . The behavioral expectations are very realistic and attainable and they are listed below.
However, administration and teachers do have the discretion to remove any student or students from participating
in the aforementioned field trips. More importantly, my goal is for every student to enjoy these memorable
experiences. Thank you for the continued support and together, We Are Lincoln.
Behavior Policy for the Architecture Boat Tour on Thursday, May 8

*From Monday, April 14 – Wednesday, May 7
-Students will be removed from the field trip for any of the following infractions:
1. Any Out of School Suspension
2. Any In School Suspension
3. Any Behavior Saturday School
4. 2 Detentions
5. 2 Separate Lunch Detention Incidents
Note: Money will NOT be refunded if students are removed from this field trip

Queridos Padres y Tutores:
Ya que estamos cerca al fin del año escolar de 2013-2014, me gustaría recordar a nuestros estudiantes de
octavo grado que las actividades del fin de año son un privilegio y tienen que ser ganados. Específicamente,
estoy hablando sobre la Excursión de Barco de Arquitectura que será el jueves, el 8 de mayo y el viaje de Great
América que será el jueves, el 29 de mayo. Las expectativas de comportamiento son muy realistas y alcanzables
y se enumeran abajo. Sin embargo, la administración y los maestros tienen la discreción para eliminar cualquier
estudiante o estudiantes de participar en las excursiones mencionadas. Más importante, mi meta es que cada
estudiante disfrute estas experiencias memorables. Muchas gracias por el apoyo y juntos, Somos Lincoln.

* A partir de lunes, el 14 de abril hasta el miércoles, el 07 de mayo
-Los estudiantes serán retirados de la excursión para cualquiera de las siguientes infracciones:
1. Cualquier Suspensión Afuera de La Escuela
2. Cualquier Suspensión Adentro de La Escuela
3. Cualquier Escuela de Sábado sobre El Comportamiento
4. 2 Detenciones
5. 2 Incidentes Separados de Detención Durante El Almuerzo
Nota: El dinero no será REEMBOLSADO si los estudiantes son retirados de esta excursión

* A partir de viernes, el 09 de mayo hasta el miércoles, el 28 de mayo
-Los estudiantes serán retirados de la excursión para cualquiera de las siguientes infracciones:

3. Cualquier Escuela de Sábado sobre El Comportamiento
