WE AGREE
1.
"Pro-tempore" Resolution :
Until the III Conference of the Inter-American Union of Electoral Organizations, the
Union reserves the right to invite any of its members to the meetings or
conferences, when the designation, integration, or autonomy of these is affected as
a result of the rupture of constitutional order in their country.
This decision should be adopted with the favorable vote of at least three fifths of
the members and stated to the Executive Secretariat.
2.
To reiterate the determined support to continue with the HORIZONTAL
COOPERATION efforts among member Electoral Organizations, either under the
coordination of the Executive Secretariat, or bilaterally or multilaterally among
Electoral Organizations, in which case the Executive Secretariat shall be kept duly
informed.

resources that allow them contributing to the financing of the System of

framework of the Association. Likewise, we recommend integrating the Observation

take place and their context, in order for the members to better perform their job.

Organizations, integrating the information which for such purposes is contributed by
the member organizations of the Tikal Protocol, the Quito Protocol, and Election's
