RE: S3 Trip to Chira 12-14 September 2015 . Welcome to IGCSEs
Due to the heavy demand, the trip to Chira will finally take place, commencing at 08.30 hrs on
Monday 12 September until 3.35 pm on Wednesday 14 September when students will come back
to school from Chira and will go home as usual at 3.35 pm. The programme for the 3 days is
attached.
The final price is 77 Euros which includes transport, accommodation and food (please see section
NOTES in the programme of activities).
In order to proceed with the final bookings we would like to ask you to pay the 77 Euros in cash
(in an envelope with the student’s name written on it) in the Main Office by Friday 10 June (new
students will have until Wednesday 7th September).
Please note the attached Health Form and a photocopy of the Social Security card or private
insurance (in this case please attach the names and addresses of the hospitals) have to be
handed in together with the cost of the trip

Estimados padres
Dada la gran demanda, el colegio organizará las jornadas de convivencia de alumnos y tutores en
Chira como parte del programa de bienvenida a los IGCSE. Estas jornadas tendrán lugar desde
las 8.30 am del lunes 12 de septiembre (salida del colegio) hasta las 15.35 horas del miércoles 14
de septiembre. Se adjunta el programa de las convivencias.
El coste final es 77 euros, e incluye transporte, comidas (véase sección NOTAS del programa de
actividades, última página) y alojamiento.
Por favor devuelvan, en la Secretaría del colegio (edificio de primaria) el acuse de recibo y la
cantidad de 77 euros en metálico en un sobre cerrado con el nombre y curso de alumno escritos,
como muy tarde el viernes 10 de junio de 2016 (los nuevos alumnos tendrán hasta el miércoles 7
de septiembre).
Junto al importe reseñado arriba deben entregar en Secretaría el cuestionario de salud adjunto así
como fotocopia de la tarjeta de la Seguridad Social o del seguro privado (en este caso adjunten
listado de hospitales asignados),
