DECLARACION CONJUNTA
SOBRE
ESTABLECIMIENTO DE RELACIONES DIPLOMATICAS
ENTRE
EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA
Y
EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPUBLICA DE PALAU
Los Gobiernos de la República Argentina y de la República de Palau:
Guiados por la mutua voluntad de desarrollar lazos de amistad y cooperación
entre los dos países en lo político, com ercial, económico, cultural y en otros
ám bitos:
Acuerdan el establecim iento de relaciones diplom áticas a nivel de Embajadas
concurrentes.
Ambas partes, convienen en desarrollar sus relaciones de conform idad con los
propósitos y principios de la Carta de las Naciones Unidas y el Derecho
Internacional y basar sus relaciones diplom áticas en la Convención de Viena
sobre Relaciones Diplom áticas del 18 de abril de 1961.
Hecha en Nueva York, el (o de J'-A o , en dos originales en idiom a Español e
Inglés, siendo ambos igualm ente auténticos.

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF PALAU
The G overnm ent o f the Argentine R epublic and the Governm ent o f the Republic o f
Palau:
Guided by the ir mutual wish to develop links o f friendship and cooperation
between both countries in the fields o f politics, trade, economy and culture, among
others:
Agree to establish diplom atic relations at the level o f concurrent Embassies.
Both Parties agree to develop th e ir relations in accordance with the objectives and
principies o f the Charter o f the United Nations and the International Law, and to
base the ir diplom atic relations in the V ienna Convention on Diplom atic Relations
o fA p ril 18, 1961.
