Si existiera alguna iniciativa que pudiera realizarse
para crear un mayor participación a más mujeres en
la economía y sociedad, ¿cuál sería?
Trabajar en políticas de flexibilidad laboral para los hombres
y también en la extensión del horario escolar para
acompañar a las mujeres en su conciliación de
trabajo/familia.
If one thing should be done to incorporate more
women in the economy and society, what should that
be?
To work on more flexible labor policies for men and on an
extension of school hours so as to help women in their
conciliation between work/family life.
¿Qué consejo les darías a las mujeres de futuras
generaciones?
Descubran su pasión y pongan a prueba sus habilidades
emprendedoras sin miedo a equivocarse.
What would be your advice to the next generation of
women?
Find your passion and try your entrepreneurship skills
without being scared of making mistakes.
