¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor reto profesional?
En el 2015 tomé la dirección general de ambas empresas.
Fue un reto pues son operaciones completamente
diferentes, con capacidades y necesidades diferentes.
Advenio está enfocada en servicio y gestión humana y
Kinedu en creatividad y desarrollo.
What has been your main professional challenge?
In 2015 I took the general direction of both companies. It
was a challenge because they are completely different
operations with different abilities and needs - Advenio
focused on service and human resource management , and
Kinedu on creativity and development.
¿Qué te gustaría lograr profesionalmente?
Me gustaría poder hacer una empresa exitosa y de
impacto positive en la primera infancia. Por impacto, me
refiero a un cambio cultural, empezando por las familias,
que sean conscientes de la importancia de estar activos
en el desarrollo infantil temprano de sus hijos.
What would you like to achieve professionally?
I would like to make a successful business and have a
positive impact on early childhood. By impact , I mean
a cultural change, starting families, who are aware of the
importance of being active in the early childhood
development of their children.
¿Por qué decidiste asistir al Women’s Forum for
the Economy & Society?
Me invitaron a hablar sobre la paternidad activa y las
políticas familiares, tomando el hombre un rol activo en
esa dualidad de la familia moderna.
Why have you decided to attend the Women’s
Forum for the Economy & Society?
I was invited to talk about active parenting and family
policies, and on the man taking an active role in this
duality of the modern family.

Es mi primera vez.

It is my first time.

Tengo un poco de todo, pero admiro mucho a líderes
de negocio que tienen un colmillo feroz pero al mismo
tiempo se nota que son gente buena (de bien). Me
