La Secretaría examinó las credenciales presentadas por los Miembros de la OIC que se enumeran en el Anexo I y comunicó al Presidente del Consejo que éstas respondían a lo prescrito. El Presidente recomienda al Consejo que estas credenciales sean aprobadas. 2. La lista de delegaciones, basada en las credenciales que el Presidente recomienda al Consejo aprobar, consta en el Anexo II e incluye también una lista de países no miembros, organizaciones internacionales y asociaciones del sector privado que asisten en calidad de observadores. ANEXO I 1. Credenciales recibidas de Miembros a tenor del Acuerdo de 2007 Angola, Bolivia (Estado Plurinacional de), Brasil, Burundi, Camerún, Colombia, Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estados Unidos de América, Etiopía, Filipinas, Gabón, Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malawi, México, Nicaragua, Panamá, Papua Nueva Guinea, República Centroafricana, Suiza, Tanzania, Togo, Turquía, Uganda, Unión Europea (Comisión Europea, Alemania, Dinamarca, España, Italia, Países Bajos, Polonia y Suecia), Viet Nam y Zambia. 2. Miembros a tenor del Convenio de 2001 que no han llevado a término todavía los trámites para participar en el Acuerdo de 2007 y que enviaron delegaciones
