La Secretaría examinó las credenciales presentadas por los Miembros de la OIC que se enumeran en el Anexo I y comunicó al Presidente del Consejo que éstas respondían a lo prescrito. El Presidente recomienda al Consejo que estas credenciales sean aprobadas. 2. La lista de delegaciones, basada en las credenciales que el Presidente recomienda al Consejo aprobar, consta en el Anexo II e incluye también una lista de países no miembros, organizaciones internacionales y asociaciones del sector privado que asisten en calidad de observadores.
