1. Quan arribis a la institució de destí, has de lliurar-lo per tal que el segellin i el signin amb la data exacta d’arribada. Un
cop signat i segellat, l’has d’enviar al Centre Internacional a [email protected] o al fax (34) 977 20 18 64
El document original cal que el conservis fins al final de la teva estada.
2. Quan acabis la mobilitat, l’han de tornar a signar amb la data en la que marxes de la universitat.
3. Quan tornis, cal lliurar l’original en què constin les dates d’arribada i sortida reals signat i segellat per la institució de
destí al Centre Internacional, com a màxim 15 dies després des de la finalització de la teva estada.
