Your family has been referred by the Johnson DAEP Administrator/Counselor/Social
Worker/Truancy Officer to attend the free Anthem Strong Families Program.
The students will receive credit (3,000 points) for their attendance to this all day workshop
with at least one guardian. The requirements include all cell phones need to be off and the
student and guardian must actively participate and be in attendance all day.
The Anthem Strong Families program includes the following:

A Facilitator who works with students 14 years to 17 years of age and their parents
to help them:

Focus on learning vital relationship skills: effective parent/student communication;
financial management awareness; making wise choices; anger/conflict resolution;
parenting.

Lunch is provided for free to the parents/guardians and students participating in the
program.

Free Child enrichment is available and provided for to siblings ages 3 years to 11
years. *Please bring a sack lunch for siblings participating in child enrichment.

Se proveerá almuerzo a los padres/tutores y estudiantes que participan en el
programa.

Habrá servicio de enriquecimiento gratis para hermanos o hermanas entre las
edades de 3 años a 11 años. *Por favor de traer lonche para sus niños que
participaran en el enriquicimiento gratis.
