Dear friend and sailor:
On behalf of the Real Club Náutico de Palma, I am pleased to welcome you to the
Melges 32 World Championship, to be held from the 20th to the 24th of September.
In order to offer the best service possible, we are pleased to inform you that the
Race Office will be open during the whole period of the event from the 16thof
September . The staff at the Race Office is to assist you and to make sure everything
runs efficiently and smoothly.
At this office you will be able to finalise your entry form, pick up the car access
parking card (one per participating yacht), receive the daily weather forecast, etc.
Please, come by the Race Office (allocated in front of the swimming pool) and check
that you have all the required documents for the registration (remember only
originals will be admitted). We also kindly request you to confirm before 18:00 of the
19th of September, at the race office or by email to [email protected], the total
number crew assisting the fleet dinner on the 23rd of September
We have the pleasure to enclose the social events program and to remind you all that
you are all invited to the welcome events out on the water for the V70 CAMPER
whose estimated time of arrival in the bay of Palma is due for 12:00pm this Sunday
the 18th.
We hope you will have a pleasant and enjoyable stay with us and wish you the best of
luck in the races of such a special edition.

Querido amigo y regatista,
Bienvenido al Campeonato del Mundo de la clase M32 que se celebra entre los días 20
y 24 de Septiembre.
Con el fin de facilitar su estancia entre nosotros, me es grato comunicarle que la
Oficina de Regatas permanecerá abierta desde el día 16 de septiembre hasta la
finalización de la misma donde nuestro personal le atenderá gustosamente,
poniéndose a su disposición para ayudarle en todo lo que esté a nuestro alcance.
En la misma puede formalizar su inscripción, recoger la tarjeta de acceso al parking
(una por barco participante) y solicitar toda la información que precise.
El Club recibirá diariamente el parte meteorológico, que estará a su disposición en
dicha oficina.
Para el mejor funcionamiento de la regata, le ruego que compruebe con antelación
los documentos necesarios para su inscripción y exhiba los originales para su
comprobación. Así mismo les rogamos nos confirmen antes de las 18:00 del 19 de
septiembre, cuantos tripulantes de su embarcación asistirán a la cena de flota que
tendrá lugar el 23 de septiembre.
Asimismo, tenemos el placer de adjuntarles el programa de actos sociales y
recordarles que les invitamos a participar en los actos de bienvenida del V70 CAMPER
cuya hora estimada de llegada a la bahía de Palma es para las 12:00 del mediodía de
este próximo domingo, día 18 de Septiembre.
Esperando que tenga una agradable estancia entre nosotros, me despido deseándole
