FEE WAIVER You may quality for a fee waiver if you are low-income. If approved, the application fee for Citizenship is waived
by USCIS, we can assist you to fill out the fee waiver application.
English is not necessary if you are 50 years old and have
been a Legal Permanent Resident for 20 yrs. or you are 50

years old and have been a Legal Permanent Resident for 20 yrs.
Bring permanent residence card-you must be a legal permanent resident for at least five years (3 years if you are still married to a U.S. Citizen) in order to apply.

Have your alien card, Social Security Card, State ID or Drivers License and PASSPORT

List of places you have traveled outside the US since you become a permanent resident. Including: month, day and year
of travel.

List of places you’ve lived and worked for the past five years.

birth, social security number, alien number and/or date of
naturalization (if applicable). If you are applying for citizenship through your marriage to a citizen, please bring your
marriage license and proof of citizenship for your spouse.

Information about your children including: address, name,
date of birth and alien number (if applicable)

Information about previous marriages for both you and your
spouse (if applicable): date of prior marriage; date the marriage ended and reason the marriage ended.

If applicable, information about any arrests: reason for the
arrest, date, place and certified final disposition of these arrest.


tiene 55 años de edad y a sido residente por lo menos 15 años
de Residente Permanente

Ser residente por lo menos 5 años o 3 años si esta casad@ con
un ciudadano de los Estados Unidos

desde que se hizo Residente Permanente (mes, día, año de salida y regreso, total de días), empiece con el viaje más reciente.

Lista de trabajos y domicilios por los últimos 5 años, empiece
con el más reciente, incluya mes y año

Si está casado deberá tener los siguientes datos de su cónyuge:
nombre, fecha de nacimiento, seguro social, número de residencia o, en caso de que su cónyuge sea ciudadano, la fecha
que en que se naturalizó. Si está solicitando la ciudadanía por
medio de su matrimonio con un ciudadan@, favor de traer el
acta de matrimonio y el certificado de la ciudadanía de su espos@.

Si su cónyuge o usted estuvieron casado anteriormente deberá
traer la fecha en que comenzó y terminó el matrimonio anterior.

Si tiene hijos: los nombres, fechas de nacimiento, números de
residencia y su dirección (si no viven con Ud).

Si alguna vez fue detenido: el motivo, la fecha de dónde y cuándo ocurrió y los resultados de esa detención. Necesita traer la
disposición final certificada de estos arrestos.

