will carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position which NuevasLenguas has arranged for me. I also
understand that NuevasLenguas is not an employment agency and that it operates as an agency which offers
stays abroad for students and young people to improve languages.
Me haré cargo de mi trabajo y responsabilidades del puesto que NuevasLenguas ha acordado para mí. Entiendo que NuevasLenguas no es
una empresa de empleo y que solo opera como empresa que ofrece estancias en el extranjero para estudiantes y jóvenes para perfeccionar idiomas.
|3| I understand that if my work is not satisfactory to my employer, they have the right to dismiss me.
Comprendo que la empresa contratatante podrá terminar con esta relación si mi trabajo no es satisfactorio.
|4| I will inform the employer of my intention to leave with the necessary period of notice (specified by the
employer).
Avisaré a la empresa contratante de mi intención de abandonar mi puesto con el tiempo de antelación necesario (dado por la empresa).
|5| By
signing this application form I confirm that if I wish to request a change of employment I may only do so at
least 4 weeks after my arrival at the place of work. A change may only be requested if due to reasons relation
to a contravention of any information in the “Confirmation of Employment” form and not for any other. I also
understand that any change, where possible, will be suject to availability of another similar position elsewhere
at the time and will depend on my level of English and my experience.
Con la firma de esta solicitud yo confirmo que solo podré solicitar el cambio transcurridas 4 semanas a mi incorporación al puesto inicialmente ocupado. Este cambio solo podrá ser solicitado debido a razones relativas a algún apartado recogido en la “Confirmación de Empleo”
que se me entregará y nunca por otros motivos. También entiendo que estos cambios se realizarán en un emplazamiento donde sea posible
y estará sujeto a la disponibilidad de un puesto similar y que dependerá de mi nivel de inglés y mi experiencia.
