Roses es una localidad de esencia mediterránea y de marcada tradición turística y marinera. Está
situada en un entorno natural único, al norte de la Costa Brava, a menos de 30 km de la frontera
francesa, a 65 km de Girona y a 160 km de Barcelona.
Sus orígenes se remontan en el siglo VIII aC con la llegada de los Rodis y la fundación de la ciudad
griega de Rodes. Estos hechos históricos han acontecido las señales de identidad de una villa
moderna, culturalmente activa y llena de encantos.
The town of Roses captures the very essence of the Mediterranean and offers a long history of tourism
and seafaring. It is situated in a unique natural setting on the northern Costa Brava coast, under 30
km from the French border, 65 km from Girona and 160 km from Barcelona.
The town dates back to the 8th Century BC with the arrival of the Rhodians and the founding of the
Greek city of Rhode. These historical roots have shaped what is today a culturally active, modern
town full of charm.

de un día de sol en sus magníficas playas a actividades acuáticas como el winsurf, la vela, el esquí acuático o el buceo
recreativo.
Jugar al golf en excelentes campos, realizar excursiones a pie o en Mountain Bike en el Parque natural de Cap de Creus
o en los Aiguamolls de l’Empordà, degustar la gastronomía local o la de vanguardia en el restaurante de fama mundial:

the building
El Edificio Capvespre está situado a primera línea de mar, delante del puerto y al lado de la playa en el centro de
Roses. Está compuesto por 18 viviendas de 2 y 3 habitaciones desde 90m2 a 150m2. Las plantas bajas disponen de
patio y los áticos de terrazas. Todas con parking incluido.
Su diseño arquitectónico ha sido concebido para conseguir superficies nítidas y luminosas con la utilización de
materiales modernos y contemporáneos de gran durabilidad. Sus acabados se integran perfectamente con el entorno
mediterráneo donde el mar está presente en cada rincón de la vivienda.
The Capvespre Building is located on the sea front, opposite the port and beside the beach in the centre of Roses.
The building houses 18 2- and 3-bedroom dwellings ranging in size from 90m2 to 150m2. The ground floor apartments
have a patio and the penthouses enjoy terraces. Each dwelling includes parking.
The concept behind its architectural design is based on the use of contemporary and durable modern materials to achieve
