Resumen
A través del estudio de casos de empresas agrícolas del Dpto. de San Martin,
Provincia. de San Juan y mediante la realización de entrevistas a los principales
actores del departamento. se pretende determinar la contribución que pueda tener la aplicación de prácticas vinculadas con la agricultura sustentable en la comunidad y como puede llegar a influir en la rentabilidad y competitividad de las
organizaciones, además de servir como germen para iniciar un proceso de desarrollo local sustentable.
Se pretende realizar un análisis de las prácticas que realizan las empresas seleccionadas en aspectos productivos vinculados al medio ambiente y el proceso de
derrame y apropiación por parte de la comunidad.
El estudio tiene tres dimensiones, la económica, social y medioambiental.

Abstract
Through the case study of agricultural enterprises of the Department of San Martin , Province San Juan and by conducting interviews with the main actors of the
department. is to determine the contribution that can be linked to the implementation of sustainable agriculture practices in the community and how you can get to
influence the profitability and competitiveness of organizations as well as serving
as a seed to start a process of local sustainable development.
It is intended to analyze the practices that perform selected aspects linked to productive business environment and the process of spill and ownership by the
community.
The study has three dimensions, economic, social and environmental.
