CAÑAZAS IN VERAGUAS HAS NEW BRANCH OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF PANAMA The work will benefit more than 29 thousand veraguenses from the corregimientos of Cañazas Headside, Cerro Plata, Los Valles, San Marcelo, El Picador, San Jose, El Aromillo and Los Cruces, including the District of La Mesa. With an investment of US$792,855, which included the purchase of the land, equipment, construction and adaptation of the facilities, it was inaugurated the new headquarter of the National Bank of Panama, in the District of Cañazas, province of Veraguas. The work will benefit more than 29 thousand veraguenses from the corregimientos of Cañazas Headside, Cerro Plata, Los Valles, San Marcelo, El Picador, San Jose, El Aromillo and Los Cruces, including the District of La Mesa. In addition to the benefits the population will receive in terms of timely access to banking services, in the new branch will also be paid social programs such as: 120 to 70’s, Opportunities Network, Guardian Angel, Universal Scholarship and other scholarship programs.
