During the week of Nov 7th, you will receive an email invitation to join our Woodland Intermediate School app called Sangha. Sangha, which means ‘community’ in
Sanskrit, will enable you to stay in the know about your child’s classroom and the school while on the go. The school and teachers will be adding events to the
Sangha calendar and sending newsletters, signup requests and messages through the Sangha mobile app at your fingertips. No more sending a paper copy of
the consent form, trying to remember when you signed up to volunteer, or searching for the teacher’s email for last month!
Your email invitation from Sangha will arrive i n your inbox and include the title “Invite from Woodland Intermediate School” asking you to register, create a
password, and download the app (iOS or Android). For security reasons, your invitation is directly tied to your email address. Therefore, you cannot forward it to

We are preparing for our annual Veteran‛s Day Assembly, held November 10! We want to honor the Veterans in our
students lives. Please email a photo of a Veteran you would like to recognize to Mrs. Morris [email protected]
Student Council
The Students will be coming home at the end of this week with a note saying
whether they have been elected as their Class Representative or if they will
assume the role of Public Relations Officer. Class Representatives will have
a meeting November 3rd from 3:00-4:00. Public Relations Officers will be
given an informational sheet describing their roles from this point on. Contact:

Don’t forget to finish reading by Nov3. Our Culminating Event is Nov 4th from
6:00-7:30 at the WIS gym. Families are invited to join us for games, snacks,
and prizes as we celebrate the book Frindle.
Please plan on staying for the activities with your children.
